3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom designs, code, and content created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Website Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided for your website. We reserve the right to refuse to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Kitale, Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
